By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Quick Ride Coordination acts as a ride coordination and booking management platform.
We do not directly own or operate vehicles; instead, we partner with third-party providers including Uber, Bolt, Free Now, and private ride companies.
Our role is to coordinate bookings, schedules, and event transportation on your behalf to ensure a smooth travel experience.
All bookings must be made through our official communication channels.
We will provide confirmation of booking via email, SMS, or in-app notifications.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate details including flight times, pick-up locations, passenger numbers, and event schedules.
Changes to bookings must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
Payments must be made in advance through our accepted payment methods unless otherwise agreed.
Prices may vary based on demand, distance, vehicle type, and partner availability.
We are not responsible for additional costs charged directly by ride partners unless previously agreed as part of our coordination service.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking are eligible for a refund, subject to processing fees.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before pickup) may result in partial or no refund.
In cases of no-shows, the full booking amount may be charged.
If a ride partner cancels, we will make every effort to arrange an alternative ride at no extra cost.
Quick Ride Coordination is responsible for managing bookings and liaising with ride partners.
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or damages caused by third-party partners such as Uber, Bolt, Free Now, or private fleets.
We are not liable for missed flights, events, or meetings due to traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during travel.
For corporate ride coordination and group events, clients must confirm schedules, routes, and passenger details in advance.
Quick Ride Coordination reserves the right to adjust timings based on partner availability and traffic conditions.
Any additional requests outside the agreed plan may incur extra charges.
Our services rely on third-party providers such as Uber, Bolt, Free Now, and private fleet operators.
Each partner operates under its own terms and conditions, licensing, and insurance coverage.
By booking through Quick Ride Coordination, you also agree to the terms set forth by our ride partners.
Your personal data (name, contact details, booking information) will only be used to provide and improve our coordination services.
